As part of this initiative, we are seeking a skilled and committed Software Developer to join the PRO4 platform team. This is an opportunity to contribute to systems that directly support national security and public safety.

You will be part of an agile, cross-functional team with full responsibility for a key platform area. The team designs, develops, and maintains platform solutions that meet the highest standards of reliability, quality, and cybersecurity. You will also engage in roadmap planning and requirement management, ensuring alignment with evolving operational needs.

In this role, you will work on a platform that underpins secure and proven mission-critical systems. You will contribute to development, automated testing, system design, and platform operations. Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain platform components for safety-critical systems
• Collaborate on requirement refinement and contribute to the strategic technology roadmap
• Implement automated testing and ensure high quality and security in all deliverables
• Support integration of open-source tools and best practices in platform engineering
• Participate in the full software lifecycle, from concept to delivery and ongoing support

What We Are Looking For

Required qualifications:

• A technical engineering degree or equivalent professional experience in platform development
• Demonstrated experience working in software engineering roles within complex environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency or familiarity with one or more of the following:
• Linux (Debian/Ubuntu)
• Golang, Python, Ansible
• Jenkins, Artifactory
• Automated testing frameworks
• Open-source software integration
• Platform design and software requirement management
• IT security principles

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience maintaining or operating live platforms or developing platform-based solutions
• Background as a service technician, system integrator, or in the defence industry
• Previous participation in secure system development projects

Security Requirements

Due to the sensitive nature of this assignment, you must be a Swedish citizen. A Level 2 or Level 3 security clearance will be required. A background check will be conducted prior to the start of the assignment.
